In 2020 I participated in the Brooklyn Sketchbook Project. MY entry was called Deep Blue. Here are a few of the fine art images that featured in that sketchbook. Many of these images were working ideas and practice for a series of oil painted paintings. As with the sketchbook, they were born of grief and depression after the death of my father some years ago - the mermaids helping me work through the complex grieving process. These will comprise an art show at some point, of the same name, so stay tuned for details!
